Good Morning,

I am a new Office Live member, and I have uploaded and shared a few trial documents.

I was testing the Office Live contacts area, and was able to 'connect' to my local MicroSoft Outlook, by downloading the one sample contact that I created into a new local contact list.

I was unable determine how to upload my contacts, and share those with other employees in my small office.

Is this possible at this time ?

Good question.  This is precisley why we are looking at OL.  I am trying to find out myself.

Yes you can.

Click on the drop-down arrow next to "New". Choose Contact List.

You will then have an option to connect it to Outlook. In Outlook, a new contact list will appear. Copy all your existing contacts into it.

They will then appear in the Copntact list you have created on Office Live.

You can do the same for Calendar and Tasks.

I tried that and it doesn't work for me!?

I can't copy and paste contacts from outlook 07 to windows live new contacts list, and I get the message saying it's a read only list, even though I created it myself.

Any ideas?

After you set up the contacts list in Office Live Workspace and connect it to Outlook, you need to share the list with yourself (input your email address in the space provided) and give yourself editor rights, otherwise this option will only download whatever contacts you've input into the Office Live Workspace page and will be view only within Outlook on your computer.
