Sync my desktop folder with office workspace

is there any way i can use auto sync my desktop folder with a predefined office live workspace folder without having to manually do it?

Currently - No, Office Live Workspaces does not support sync'ing online documents with desktop folders.

This is a very good suggestion and if you want to see changes, additions in this service. Please use this Feedback link and tell them what you would like.
