Editing a document

    Editing a document

    I have saved a shared document under my workstation. I then open the document and press the edit button. After signing in it says it is file conversion is in progress. However after about 2 mins a new box comes up saying the converter failed to save the file and i can't edit it

    Any ideas!?

    I had the same problem. I request support by using e-mail and this is what I got.
