By installing an Office Live add-in, you can access your workspace from Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel. This demo will show you how to sign in, open and edit documents, and save documents from Office to your workspace. You will also learn how to open and save a file from your workspace onto your desktop, from any Office application.

why do i get this message when i click on 'sign into office live workspace'. Connection to the network failed, try again ?

what size file will this support. When I want to attach a video file to my e-mail I must edit it down to  less than ten seconds. Will I be able to add larger files.
