Thanks, we’ve recorded your feedback.

If you are using Vista make sure you have the latest updates.

In IE8 do the following:

Under Tools--> Internet Options--> Security - set level to medium

Under Tools--> Internet Options--> Advanced - UNcheck the Use Passive FTP box (scroll about halfway down to find this setting)

You should have access now.

I am having the same problem. Does Microsoft even look at these pages? Why have they not given us a reason for this not working? I really need to get on and change things on my site but I can't. Has anyone figured out how to fix this yet?

I do not have permission to design/edit my site either!  This has happened before and lasted a couple of days, then just started working fine again on it's own.  But, I really CAN'T STAND the unreliability!!!  UGH!  Are we supposed to just wait?

I am using XP, IE7, Firefox.

It's something associated to this account somehow because my wife's account seems fine.  Ugh.
