Thanks, we’ve recorded your feedback.
In addition to registering domain names with .com, .net, and .org extensions, you can also register regional domain names with .eu, .de, .jp, .fr, and .co.uk extensions, if you live in the corresponding country or region.
To register a regional domain name
-
After the sign-up process is complete, sign in to Office Live Small Business.
-
Click Domain Manager.
-
Click Purchase additional domains and follow the instructions to purchase an additional regional domain name.
Important : If you want your new domain name to be the main domain that customers use, you must set it to be the primary domain. For more information, see Change your primary domain.
About the post-registration waiting period
After you register a regional domain name, there is a 24-hour period in which your contact information is verified. During that time, your domain name is temporarily listed as temp.<your domain name plus domain extension>.officelive.com. If, for example, you had purchased a regional domain name with the extension .de, your domain name would appear as: temp.examplede.officelive.de.
