Prior to sending and receiving an e-mail using Microsoft Outlook, you must first set up and configure your e-mail account within the program. While not written specifically for Microsoft Office Live Small Business, the following linked articles provide instructions for Internet-based or POP3 e-mail accounts (such as Windows Live Hotmail) as well as Microsoft Exchange e-mail accounts.
