can't get into domain manager

i'm trying to move my domain to my new 365 site and on OLSB it just keeps bring up the notice of expiry when i try and open the domain manager... Did I miss it?

by the way, did you backup e-mail? at least that what you want to do, now.

You can create new Office 365 30 days trial and move domain there. In this way, you have e-mail flowing, and re-create web page later on.

Moving my custom domain (web & email) to office365 from OLSB before Apr 30, 2012 did NOT work

Tried a couple of time to move my custom domain to office365, following officelive instruction and demo but nothing worked out. Everything seem very confusing and the order of steps is not clear or is contradictory. For example on the same page it shows the "promotional link" and also a button that says "start now". I pressed the button "start now" first and move my custom domain to "Melbourne IT" first ,to find out later from the guide that this is the last step (not first step as you would get from "start now"?). Then I started by clicking on the promotional 6 month free link but after filling all fields there, could no find any field to create a new "user name" and "password" for office365 and OK button or sign link to go forward etc...it was very disapointing that I was not able to use the promotional code and by the way ..is there any way to create a new office365 account etc.. can't see it, can't do it. Worse, is not clear where to call or send e-mail about the issue. Maybe you can help with this. So far I've just moved my custom domain to Melbourne (received confirmation e-mail from them) but I can nou use my 6 month free promotional code to lcreate a new account on office356 and apparently there is no way to create a new account. anyway..the free trial page does not show any field to create new user/password for office365.

Can I get a phone number to contact someone at Office Live? I need help with this transition and I don't want to lose my emails.

You change your records at Easily.co.uk They are now pointing to OLSB because you pointed them there.

Thank you for that, I found that on their help pages and have sent them (well their 'help') that email in the format they requested a couple of times now...so I guess it's just a waiting game for me now!
