I need to add some email accounts to the domain I registered here but I cannot find where this needs to be done. Other posts suggest it is under Account Management, but it is not there.. or anywhere!

It is under account management but is only accessible when logged in with the owner id. Could that be the problem?

It should be under More >> Account Management >> Email Accounts. If it is not, are you signed in as the owner? If not, you need to be.
