Get rid of that Web search thing on top of your web Pages.
The big white and orange search box at the top left is distracting. I'm not sure if you're aware that the search box searches the whole web and not specifically your website, which means that it could be used to discover your competitors right from your own website, and that's not good.
Under the Site Designer and Options, you can uncheck [ ] Display Bing search box
I believe you have to fix your homepage and create a good headline.
One of the most important parts of your Web site is your Homepage, and one of the most important items on your homepage is a Headline. Just like to morning edition of the newspaper it's got to capture your attention. The majority of webs surfers will do a quick scan of your website before they are convinced that it is worth viewing. If people have to guess what the site is about, chances are they will hit the "Back" button and move on.
Now you have a Headline of “Home”, I don’t think that is what your site is about
Here is an outstanding site that will tell you all about the importance of a homepage and headlines and sales copy.

Next – be sure to put a Title on your Homepage.
Right now, when viewing your Homepage, on the very top line of the browser window (above the address bar) it just says “Home - Windows Internet Explorer”.
Search engines do love titles (also known as title tags) and they don't like the word Home. To get listed by the search engines you got to change your homepage title.

Many experts will argue that the text you place in your title tag for each page is one of the main citation in search engine listings.
The title tag element:
- defines a title in the browser toolbar
- provides a title for the page when it is added to favorites
- displays a title for the page in search-engine results
Think of a concise and descriptive title tag, for that is what is going to be displayed after the search engine finds your website. Keep the title tag shorter than 80 characters and it should include a few words from your homepage.
To put a title on your page, select properties for that page from your Page Manager. There's a box that's labeled page title. Be sure to leave the Navigation title: “Home” as is, just change the Page title.
Maybe this is a better explanation of how to change the page title:
