    Jim,

To contact Support, use the links on the "Find It" page here.  Be prepared to answer a lot of questions aimed at verifying that you are the owner of the account.

    Re: Updating website

Sorry - I really need more help.  I cannot for the life of me find a working link to login and to also return to editting my existing Microsoft Small Business website(s) (yes I have more than one - read my bio text for more details, if needed).  Four intertangled issues, which are described with specifics:

(1.)  Directions say to be specific in posting questions - so here goes: you say "...there is also a link on the first page you get...", but not clearly identify if that's the first page you cite is the Microsoft Live Small Business webpage (" http://smallbusiness.officelive.com/en-us/ " ) -or- the first page that the system provides to us (or first website page) -or- the first page off the officelive small business pages (" http://ask.officelive.com/smallbusiness ").  I cannot find any "Design site" under "Build your Website" - I have looked many times, have dug though the blog, FAQ and other help pages, and I've had other experienced techno's look (those that live in my house or work in my unit, at lunch talk ) before asking for help.

(2.)  Can you just supply a link that works?  or clear working (with the new "Live" online changes) step-by-step directions for returning site managers to update our sites?

(3.)  I cannot reach the site editting tool either, but I hope that it activates when reach working link to edit my existing site(s).  Note that I have already setup sites a while ago, and am just trying to come back; I have all my logins, passwords, and other details ready, so just need help finding working link to return to editting.

(4.)  Can you also let someone know at the Microsoft Live Small Business webpage (" http://smallbusiness.officelive.com/en-us/ " ) that they have several problems with non-working "login" links, result in like 404 error (website found and responds but no page at that defined link...etc - looks like JAVA code error or something).  I've updated MS IE browser, updated my Live applets, etc. and still get the error.  I think it's server side problem, not client side on my end.  From reading the blogs and help msgs, it seems others need same help I need, and there's several problems with the the Microsoft Live Small Business webpages (" http://smallbusiness.officelive.com/en-us/ " ) being updated and in concernt and cooperative with the Microsoft Live new site tools and online stuff.

    Thank you very much.

    Re: Updating website

    Sir Strong,

    1) Go to http://home.officelive.com. You'll see the standard, blue-theme Windows Live sign-in dialog.

    2) Enter the Windows Live ID and password that you used to create your website.

    3) After your sign-in has been accepted, you'll see the OfficeLive Home page. At the top of the page, click on "Web Site". That will take you to the website side of things.

From there you'll see the page manager, edit links, etc.

If you're not getting the above, then I would suggest you create a NEW post indicating what you've done and the error you're getting. Be sure to indicate the browser you are using (IE or Firefox) and the your website domain name.

If this answers your question, don't forget to click on "Mark as Answer" .

It's in the upper right-corner of any reply, and will ensure that the question is properly closed.
