Why are my emails bouncing back as undelivered

I have an @officeliveusers.com address, and my emails bounce back with amessage that there isn't a website associated with the email address.

Why is this, and what should I do to rectify it?

Sharon,

What is your domain name? What steps are you using when you get the bounceback? What Windows Live ID are you signed in with when you are performing these steps? What is your email software?

Sam, if you're using a 4th level domain, your email address is set up as xxx@officeliveusers.com.
Sharon, I have a site with the same type of email and it works fine. Did you set the email address up from within your OL account?
