Hi Connie,
For starters, you're going to want polish up your site a little more. You've got a competing array of text fonts, sizes and colors that make the pages look untidy, plus some sentences without punctuation and a few misspellings (it's "brochure" not "broshure" and "FAQ" not "F&Q"). If your site looks sloppy, customers may think your photo engraving work will be, too.
Next, ditch the web.officelive.com web address and use something like photomemoriesbyconnie.com.
Finally, and more important than anything, you need to be very clear on how the ordering works. This will be a big concern for customers. Your instructions are kind of buried and sketchy now. Take a look at the four-step process that the Engravable Moments sites uses on its Home page that clearly shows customers how the order and purchase process works. In fact, you may want to spend time studying this site and others from your competition like Personalized Boutique to get some ideas for yours.
Hope that helps. For more feedback, you might want to submit this request to the Office Live Show and Tell at the Customer Gallery.
