The below is what I found to embed music to my Office Live website:

(DOES NOT WORK)

Embedding Audio
Upload a audio file to the documents on your site, MP3, WMA, or MIDI formats works the best.
Paste the following code into your site, replacing the /documents/audio.mp3 with the location of the video file. You can also change the autostart value to false if you don't want it to autostart only on the code with control, and change loop to false or any number value except for 1 or 0.

Without Play controls:

<embed src="/documents/audio.mp3" autostart="true" loop="true" hidden="true"></embed>

With Play Controls:

<embed src="/documents/audio.mp3" autostart="true" loop="false" width="350" height="44"></embed>

These codes don't work. I get a rectangular box with an X in it.

hi, i recently been in hospital, came out the other dave and my (tech@alineservices.net) email was no longer active? i had renewed my subscription, but was made to create a new email.

This is a business account and all my contacts and emails are needed and now they have gone, i really nee access to my old email, can you help.

I am trying to add banner ads for amazon.com onto my page but I cannot seem to do it. The directions for placing the banner ad are:

"This link is served by us. You don't need to download the graphic. Just highlight and copy the HTML code below, then paste it into the code for your Web site."

Can someone help me figure this out?

Deleting existing event calendars

This is regarding the Options tab on the Event Calendar module.

It asks for the Calendar name and when you provide a non-existing one, it creates a new event calendar of that name and adds it to the list of existing event calendars. While testing I ended up creating six new event calendars that I really don't need. How do I clean up that list of existing event calenars?

Hello!

I have been trying to take a unique domain name for my site. I am in the US. But, when I am about to enter my credit card details, I am not allowed to enter a US credit card.

I understand that this problem is caused since I created this website when I was in India.

Is there an option to change my address to the US address so that I can use a US credit card.

Website Online While You are Working on it....

I have a website online and it says "Site Under Construction". I am currently trying to design it. However, everytime I make chages to it, these changes display on the site once saved.

How can I continue to design it and make revisions to it and avoid those pages that are being revised, from being displayed? I want to complete updating it before displaying it again. Is there a way to work in the "background" until the design work is done?

I am novice at this and I am sure there is some simple way of doing it that is not obvious to me. Would appreciate some guidance.

I created my website months and months ago when officelive.com first started. It was great making my own website.

Now I need to get back into it and update parts of it. But when I log into officelive.com, all I get is this new Office Live Workspace. There is no place to get back to my website.

I don't want an Office Live Workspace and can't find anywhere to cancel this.

Does anyone else know what to do about this?

Website Domain Renewal??

When clients type my domain name into browser--www.spiritprotv.com--they're forward to Melbourne IT who says the site must be renewed. How might that happen soon? It was registered initially via Microsoft Office Live, not Melbourne to my knowledge.

None of the options to transfer my domain are accessible from account management. And, yes, I AM logged on as the owner of the account. The name expires in 4 days and I have been struggling with WhoIs lookups, Melbourne IT, and dead links along with INVALID contact info for Microsoft. Putting me in a "community board" like THIS is exactly the reason I want to transfer my domain name. I thought I was taking advantage of a great FREE offer when I signed up but this is ridiculous!! Redirect to a page outside of Office Live?

I have a domain with office live. I'd like to use another host for my website as Office Live is way too restrictive where design is concerned. I don't mind paying Office Live for the domain and keeping my email on Live Mail/Hotmail, but I need the site somewhere else, so I could use Wordpress or something like that.

Is that at all possible or am I really just going to have to leave Office Live entirely?

I redirected my domain and began to create a site. Now when I try to work on the site I get the message below. I am able to access another site I created. The new, incomplete site is visible at tristatemfg.com. Where should I look for trouble shooting guidance? I expect that I have done something wrong with this redirection and/or site.
