I have officelive small business account. I use Office 2007 outlook and connector is setup.

And recently I have started getting the blank emails in my outlook. When I go on webmail to check these emails they are perfectly fine and not even from new email id.

This is very frustrating because initially I thought that it was junk so I deleted (might have deleted some important emails :() but later when people told me that just now sent email and I see the time stamp same but blank (from none and complete blank) email.

Could somebody please help?

Hello,

I have run into the same problem the past week or so. The email appears fine on webmail as in Raj's case.

I saw a very long and nasty workaround that I'd rather not do:

• Installed Windows Live Mail and synced it with Hotmail server, downloading all emails to Windows Live Mail
• Moved all emails in Windows Live Mail to local storage folders
• Synced Windows Live Mail with server again, essentially deleting all emails on server
• Moved emails in Windows Live Mail back from local storage folders to the email folders
• Synced with server, uploading all emails back to the server
• Deleted Outlook Connector *.ost data file
• Started Outlook and re-synced with server

Is there a better solution or at least a way to prevent it from happening in the future?

This approach would take me days as I have huge volume of emails. But I appreciate your reply Ron.

Could somebody please escalate this issue to Outlook and officelive so we can get some solution. Getting emails empty is really annoying and frustrating.

Office Live email accounts are hotmail accounts-have you tried the hotmail support communities? Posting here is probably not going to get you an answer and qualified MS employees won't see your posts here.
