    Online Classroom

I would to create an online classroom. I want it to inlcude a white board (like paint), web broswer searchable. I want it to be designed for one-one only. I want the student to login and request a subject or tutor then tutors available in their subject accept the session with the student and connect. Please let me know if this can be done.

    Thanks

I did something like that on my Let's Practice English Page.

I use Windows Live Messenger. They start a conversation with me. We have the option to talk or stay text. I can make drawings using pen mode. It also provide status as to if I am on-line.
