The header takes just a bit longer to load than it should. It's just...OK.

The images take longer.

I loveeee the image with you and family on the couch.

Any way to get your resume and other pages to open in a page instead of an adobe page?

Great use of video to point out the navigation elements - original....

The banner at the top of the page just doesn't do it for me - very "clashy" and some of the text becomes difficult to read after you look at it for more than a few seconds. Need a slightly 'calmer' feel to bring you into the site. 

Slightly confused by the home page - are you actively looking for a new ministry or using it as a showcase for your family? Perhaps more emphasis on you and your suitability for ministry.
