I want to buy the Premium e-mail service with my credit card, but when i try to set the billing address, there are no choice to change the Country property.

My company in Hungary, so how i can buy this service from you?

In the Office Live i can create about 100 e-mail (with my own domain). And I want to buy this premium service, couse i don't want see (and send with mail) advertisment. But I can buy this, from Hungary or other countries.

In order to subscribe for a Premium Email Service, you may follow the steps mentioned below: 

• Visit http://officelive.com
• In the Home Page, under Manage Your Office Live Account, click Add/Manage Services.
• Enter the password of your Windows Live ID and click on Sign In.
• Click Web Site and E-mail.
• Click on Sign Up adjacent to Premium Email.
• Enter the required information and confirm it and Save.  

In addition to above, please be informed that the billing information including the credit card should be of the same country with which your Microsoft Office Live account is associated. . For example: If one has signed up with Microsoft Office Live through the sign up URL of United States then the credit card should be valid in United States. 

Microsoft Office Live only accepts credit cards mentioned below: 

Amex, Visa, Master card, and Discover 

Microsoft Office Live Small Business is currently available in United States, United Kingdom, Canada, India, France, Japan, Mexico and Deutschland.

I decided to take a minute to give you the FULL answer.  Here the problem...  YOUR IN HUNGARY!...  Being in hungry isn't a bad thing, unless you want to purchase any paid service with MSOL (Microsoft Office Live).

See, when you signup for MSOL you have to set what country you live in....   Currently, Hungary is not a supported country for MSOL...  You might be able to contact support and find out what country your account is set to...   Once that is done IF you can obtain a credit card that has an address in that country you could complete your purchase...   Unless policy has changed in the last 6 months (which I highly doubt) you CANNOT change the country you are set to.

Actually, wait....  While you can't change your country, I just remembered, you can see what country your currently set to.  In your statement you said you found you couldn't change your country....  That is the country you are set to.  This way you don't need to talk to support and get another incomplete answer like "Moses Paul - MSFT- Support Engineer" gave you.
