I'd appreciate your feedback... Team and Leadership Development Site

This has been an amazing process. I have tried for 5 years to get a site up. I've tries probably 4 different software packages... it wasnt until I found Office Live and the live tech support (sad to see it go).. that I was able to get past the hurdles and get moving.

I am close to having this site where i want for a launch. It will always be work in process...i'd appreciate your comments.

I especially want to learn more on how to make the graphics come alive. Thanks in advance for any time perusing the site!

    It is www.AdaptiveTeamLeadership.com

    Nice web site!

I liked the overall "eye" appeal.  I think the reason you didn't get any hits for critique is because you didn't establish a link for people to click on to navigate to your website when you posed your question.  You make the reader type your web address into the address bar then submit.  People will not do extra work to view you so you may want to change that.  Umm, the one thing that popped out at me on your site was the navigation button "availability is"...I would change that.

How about just "Availability"?  This will leave the reader curious as to what you mean by that and click on it to find out and then you have them viewing your site.  Overall, I liked it and this is just a small thing.

    Good job,

The tables in ALS overview and Assessments are truncated on the right hand side.

I would also put a small selection of your customer list on the home page - they look impressive!
