I just quickly scanned through your web site. Here is what I came up with:

1. In your keywords, your first 3 are: diaper cake, diapercake, and diaper cakes. I would suggest just using one of them versions and come up with 2 different ones. I know keywords aren't used in searches like they used to be, but it doesn't hurt in my opinion.

2. In my opinion, you have to re-do your navigation. You have some listed twice (navigation on left and the footer), some that are listed in the footer should be in the navigation to the left and some that are in the navigation to the left, I would put in the footer.

3. I'm a bit confused when you say that visitors are making it to your contact page. Does that mean that not many are seeing your home page?

4. Personally, I would get rid of the hit counter. I don't even see the sense in using them anymore when "reports" or "google analytics"  does a better job.

I liked your site.  It gives that "delicate, baby" feel when you open your page.  That's a good thing as it leads you accurately into the subject matter.  I see your located in Shreveport, LA.  I think your idea is so unique that maybe you should contact your local new stations.  They love to add in "people-of-interest" in their newcasts from people/businesses in their community.  I know where I live in Phoenix, they do a segment called "storytellers", it's community-oriented.  I know your asking for f/b about improving your site, but I think you need outside exposure as well.  I think you're ready for that.   In my opinion, your business could use exposure in various media venues, it warrants it.  Good luck, and the next time I'm invited to a baby shower, I'm using your product.  I already put it in my favs.

I have actually been to your site before, and it is a BIG change since I last saw it :)

It looks really nice!

The only thing I would say is, you have so many colors, and that bright green is highly distracting.  I would try to go with a most three colors.  And ones that won't strain your eyes to much.

Aside from that I'm loving the new looks of your site!!!

I know how frustrating this stuff can be.

This is what HITS me when I open your site..Hope it helps.

The pink threw me right off. I had to search for a Logo..now, with that said, the wordage next to your logo==I still go right to that and NOT your logo.

Not to be picky, but ON the logo..and gifts...I can barely see.

The paragraph under the video..maybe just break it up a bit. Like, two paragraphs instead of ONE.

The footer. Use the next font size down and get it all on the same line.

Perhaps....use the left and top naviagation...might break up the header and the content??

I loveeee the concept. I just find it a lot to read to find out what where and how.I like to get in and get out without having to research the subject. Not sure how you can compact it.

I would compact the categories,put them on top and then have sub cats on the left side. Having all of them listed on the left is just intimidating. Makes me feel like I have to do a lot of "work".
