Hi

I bout a office basic 2007 before 2 months ( and I install it and activate it with my OEM key – license key) .

Before two day my outlook crushed and just stops working, so I re-install the office but now my OEM key ( license key ) can’t activate the office .

My question is how can I fix this problem ?

Why my OEM key doesn’t work ?
