    Unable to create new EMAIL account for my domain

    Hi

    I'm unable to create new email account for my colleague as per [http://office.microsoft.com/client/helppreview.aspx?AssetID=HA102262931033&QueryID=Xr9ET8-xC0&respos=1&rt=2&ns=OFLV20&lcid=1033&pid=CH102262851033] page, please help me to achieve this or confirm whether you create an account and email me password for further information.

    It is difficult to reply to your post since you offer no information about what your have tried, what the outcome was or what error messages you received.  Let's start with the basics and make sure we have that covered.

    From your home page, click on Account Management >> Email Accounts >> Create new email account

    Community users don't have rights to access anyone's account. Moreover, you will not be able to create email accounts for your colleague as in order to create email accounts you will need to sign in to the Microsoft Office Live account with the Windows Live ID (primary email ID of the owner) which your colleague has used during the registration of his account. If you are logging in as owner and still not able to create email accounts then post the error message so that we can provide you relevant information.

    I'm signed in as this account which is the master account for the domain.

    The actual problem is inspite of clicking the link:

    Create your e-mail account to connect with a world of new customers.
    it is forwarded to the "Getting started with Office live mail" page and again the page is reverting back to above page when I'm clicking on "Create new email accounts".
    Please help to enable me to create new email account for my colleaguesw

    Hi,

    Follow the below mentioned steps to create email account:

    • Make sure you are signed in to Microsoft Office Live with the e-mail address and password that you used when signing up.
    • On the Microsoft Office Live Home page, at the top, click More, click Account Settings.
    • On the Account Settings Home page, on the left navigation bar, click E-Mail Accounts, and then click Create new E-mail account.
    • In User E-Mail, type the user name that you want for the account. If you have multiple domain names, click the drop-down list, and then click the domain that you want this e-mail account to be associated with.
    • Type and retype the password that you want for the new account and follow the instructions.
