Hi,

I created an email account in MS Office Live starting 'query@'  for my domain name and it is not showing up with in the email account list.  I think there may have been some sort of error at the time of setting it up.  If I try to set it up again I am informed it already exists- great, however how come it does not show up under the email addresses related to my business domain in Office Live? 

I did previously do a transfer domain and email to MS Office Live so my website can be hosted on MS Office Live and for my newly created email addresses to be also accessible.

My initial Office Live set-up was with a yahoo email address.  I can't sign in with the query@ address as it is not found- even when requesting a forgotten password.

I have set up a 'query1@' email address for my domain and I can access that email account.  It would be good to know why I cannot find/gain access to the 'query@' account if I am being told it already exists.  Any ideas about this issue?

If you are not able to find the email address which you have created through your Microsoft Office Live account and while creating the same email address if you are receiving the error message that "This email address already exists. Please try a different email address." Then, you must have deleted the email address which you created through your Microsoft Office Live account. Now, in order to recreate it again you will need to wait for 130 days. Once after the completion of 130 days you will be able to re-create the same email address through your Microsoft Office Live account.
