I have read that you have the largest banner exchange on the web, but I can't locate it.  How do I utilize link exchange?

You can contact other sites yourself to exchange links. Choose sites with some related content to your own. Most sites have a "Links" page or section where you'll find instructions for reciprocal linking. You can create a "Links"page, or just decide where you'd like to place them on your website.
