We are in the process of redirecting to MS Office Live Small Business, original website appears to have gone down.  We have not initiated redelegation at our server, is the process automatic?

Microsoft Office Live does not perform automatic re-delegation process. You have to perform re-delegation process in order to re-delegate any domain to your Microsoft Office Live account.
