I think that you would be able to help me with one of my questions: I've been wanting to add my side panel to ALL of the pages of my website, so that it's not just on "home" and my customers won't need to go back to HOME to click on the side panel. can you help me with this?

Edit HTML behind Contact Us Page Template

Hi,

There seems to be no edit/view option when i try to see the code behind the submit button (part of the contact us page template/module). Right now after a user clicks submit to send their contact information the page gets cut in half and it places a "thank you" on the page. I actually want a seperate page (which i created already) to replace the "thank you" text being inserted into the same page the button is on. The reason is because i want a conversion point after the submit button is clicked. Right now the page before and after the submit button is clicked is the same page and therefor cannot track if someone "converted" or not (other than if they actually submit information). But if they make it to that page and dont submit anything they still get counted as "converted"

Can you please help with this?

Hi Pat (or is it David),

I see you are using the third-party option. You may have already tried these things, but just to be sure, here are some simple things to rule out first....

1) The requirements for your PC are: Windows XP or higher; most recent version of Internet Explorer or Firefox browser.

2) The design software that you are using should not be configured to "publish" to your web folder. You need to publish to a folder on your PC, and then drag/copy the files from that folder over to your web folder.

3) When you are performing your copy function, you should be logged in to your PC with an Administrator account; and you should be signed in to Office Live using the Live ID and password that you used to initially set up your website account.

I've checked your domain name, and that looks okay. And your site is displaying the "Under Construction", which means you have activated the third party tools.

If all of the above check out, then you may want to go through the steps in the video and summary guide. Just to be sure that all of your windows look similar to what's in the guides. For example, are you seeing the messages indicated for each step; and the folder names (both on your PC and in Office Live) that correspond to your domain name? The differences may help to identify what's wrong.

The video is here: http://silverlight.services.live.com/69942/How%20to%20Enable%20Third%20Party%20Tools/video.wmv

And the guide is here: http://solutionsforofficelive.com/Documents/PDF_third_party_tools.pdf

When you're comparing the screens in the guide with what appears as you walk through the same steps on your PC, make a note of the difference. Then post back here with the step you were doing, and what's different. Hopefully, folks in the forum can pin down what's wrong.

This has been done and is live but my pictures are not showing can you help me futher
