Ok...one of the advanced features must be an email module similar to Sugar's open source blast email contact management program

oohh MAN...!!! they are right, the voice is VERY hard to understand and concentrate on, and very low volume, this is a very important issue, could you guys please re-do with the man strong voice and good volume....  :-S  sorry to the laddy talking, but, :-S  I just find it very hard to concentrate or heat it...
