As a small business, you can't afford to lose customer information.  Contact Manager is a free application with your account that allows you to add new contacts, import existing contacts from another program, and add Web site inquiries as new contacts.  This video shows the steps, and also how to synch contacts with Microsoft Office Outlook.

When I drop down the Actions menu, the only item to pick from is "Export ot a Spreadsheet". Why don't I have the other options as shown here, especially "Edit in Datasheet" ???

I'm using WinXP PRO and Office Pro 2003.

I'm having the same problem. I can only choose from "Connect to Client" or "Export to Spreadsheet".
