very basic stuff...how about having the ability to manipulate the master.default page under the _catalogs sub-directory of the sharepoint server ?

You need to make some of your options available to Australia - i.e. so you can add au in your drop down options.

I have to host my website back in Australia

Why are we stuck with the basics and we can not modify anything else like other free websites allow you to? I have always wondered why. Like we should be able to change our tab buttons and background.  Make things more high tech.
