Because I don't know where to post exactly, I'm posting here.

I'm having a problem, and others are having similar problems with officelive. Microsoft has lost our data that we've entrusted. Holding people's data is a sacred trust. And Microsoft can't find the data. I've been without my data for almost a day, and the support personnel seem unable to get on the stick and even give any idea that they understand what the problem is. It's everybody's nightmare.

Phone Support was discontinued by Microsoft, and there's not way for the cusomter to escalate the problem. And the data is critical to me. The issue in my mind is not a computing issue. This has to do with business ethics, even fraud. Microsoft is not doing its utmost to protect customer data, and for sure not doing much at all when it comes to timely and effective support. Others are saying the same thing. I want someone the people at Microsoft to understand that this is not a good thing they are doing. That I want my data. That I will post on my experiences, good and bad, on the internet, and if this is not resolved in a suitable fashion, I will report Microsoft to the Attorney General of New York State.

I rarely get this angry, but I am frustrated and dispairing that there's nobody on the other end of this line. Microsoft does not deserve to be trusted with your business or personal data if this is the way it behaves.
