As we said in a post last Friday, we've been working to resolve some performance issues with the Reports feature of Office Live Small Business.

We are pleased to report that as of today, May 27, all six reports within this feature are now working. The Page View report may be low for some customers between April 12 and May 24, because some of the backup files are still being processed.

Again, our sincere apologies to those affected by these performance issues. Thanks for your patience.

I am also unable to get any information on the reports.  This began when the latest update to officelive occurred on 8/12.  I have emailed support and they are unable to get it corrected.  My site has at least 10 hits per day and since the 12th, the reports state that there have been 0 hits every day.

No...it is not fixed on this side of the digital curtain! Zero report function...I have the same problem here. No "sign up for FREE reports" icon or link comes up on my pages. I embedded a tracker code on my home page to see if that would do the trick.

Following the directions is clearly no help in this case.

When will the Web Form Creating feature of Officelive be able to allow for a more robust ability of further customization of the From building aspect of this site design tool?

Example being: to be able to edit the properties of the Form the same way you can add HTML code to other aspects of a given web page?

I feel certain that many of us would also like this "added-value feature" -  for puposes of better designing state-of-the-art  type web pages and content. Thanks.
