They’re the unsung heroes of our Office Live Small Business Community site. You may know some of their names, but you don’t really know who they are or why they do what they do. I’d like to introduce you to the Office Live Small Business Community Council.
The 18 members are Office Live Small Business advocates and self-taught product experts who volunteer their time to help others effectively use our service and features. They answer questions in our Q&A section, offer advice, direct users to the right resources available, and even write articles for our Wiki.
They also do a lot of stuff behind the scenes, things like calling attention to community concerns, giving feedback on new features as they’re being developed, and acting as advocates for the community overall.
So why do they do this?
Well, we are planning to profile many of the council members individually in coming days, so that they can tell you. But if we had to guess, we’d say that they are just kind-hearted folks who want to give back to the community.
